REFUND POLICY

After you purchased the comprehensive service (全方位申请服务), you will have three day period during which you could make changes including adding additional schools or reducing the number of schools applied to (3 schools minimum). You could also cancel the service during the three day period, and get refunded minus $475 per hour for hours used and a $800 processing fee.
